THE FOUNDER OF AGROKOR

Todoric:They will not shut me up

The founder of "Agrokor" Ivica Todoric wrote on his blog that he was not hiding and that he was in London because his legal security was compromised in Croatia.

As he said, his address, personal and contacts of his lawyers were known to the authorities from October, and that he has personally submitted those data to the competent institutions. Allegedly, he had been waiting for their invitation, reports Hina agency.

"I am in London because my human rights were seriously violated and elementary legal certainty endangered , and I have the right to fight against lies and structures that are aimed at presenting me as a man who is in contravention with positive laws of my state. That is not the case, and I will prove it , "wrote Todoric.

As he said, he would not allow to be "condemn without trial" through a political decree nor to be shut up, because, as he said, his speech "bothered those who deprived him of his property."

"I'm going to talk, because freedom of speech is one of the fundamental human rights, no matter how much the truth bothered some. Public speech, even if it was a criticism, is a pillar of a democratic society, and no one has the right to limit it," Todoric said.
