Sara Vidak denied guilt

Sara Vidak, accused of attacking a judge at the Kotor Magistrates Court, Jelena Stanisic denied the guilt, TVCG said.

The trial in this case begins today in the Kotor Basic Court.
Judge Stanisic remained on her previous testimony, stating that her stretch was caused after Vidak caught and twisted her hand.
Vidak objected to the testimony of the injured party, stating that she does not possess medical records of her injuries.
After hearing the witness, detention termination for Sarah Vidak will be be requested.
Vidak is charged with the criminal offense of attacking an official in the performance of official duties, with the possible prison sentence of three months to five years.
She remained in custody due to the threat of escape. The court also refused a 10,000-euro guarantee, which Vidak offered  to defend herself from freedom.
Vidak categorically denied the allegations of the charge she was charged with. The incident occurred on August 14 at the end of the criminal proceedings against Stevan Prpe, boyfriend of  a suspected Vidak, who was fined 90 euros for a traffic violation.
Dissatisfied with the decision, as stated in the court report, Vidak first verbally and then physically attacked the judge. From the beginning, Vidak’s Defense claims that her client is charged unfoundedly.
