Stabilization of finances, which burden both citizens and the economy is the priority of the new local leadership in Budva, saidthe president of Municipality Nikola Divanovic. He announced that Budva is slowly returning tonormal functioning.

"The municipality of Budva is functioning normally and we are working on creating a new, more professional and responsible team ", Divanovicstated.

He announced a new session of the local parliament to be held on Saturday, at which a remediation plan should be adopted, i.e. a set of measures that were supposed to help citizens and businesses get through a difficult period.

"First of all, I mean the reduction of the real estate tax by 20percent and this decision is in preparation. Then, reducing the rent for catering terraces for 50 percent, abolition of fees, membership fee for TO Budva and reducing prices of services of public utility companies - water prices,garbage collection, that is everything we can influence as a local self-government ", Divanovic said in the morning program of TVCG.
