Borders with Serbia, BiH, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia to be opened tomorrow

Montenegro will open its borders tomorrow with the countries of the region - Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania and Northern Macedonia.

This was announced by the director of the Institute of Public Health Boban Mugosa, who was a guest on Vijesti Television.

He said that an electronic session of the National coordinating body for infectious diseases will be held today, which will define the ways of entering Montenegro from these countries.

"The condition for entering Montenegro will most likely be a test, but we are yet to determine that," Mugosa said.

According to him, it was decided to open the borders on request of the tourism sector.

"We see that the situation with Serbia is improving, which means that the curve is being leveled. We are also estimating the viral load of Montenegro," Mugosa explained.
