The government is ready to talk to Djelosaj

The Government of Montenegro is ready to immediately meet the President of the Municipality of Tuzi, Nik Djelosaj, and solve the problem that arose after the hospitality sector in that municipality opened its spaces this morning, despite the new measures of the Ministry of Health.

The Montenegrin Government announced on Twitter that the interest of the state and citizens must stand above all other interests, and that no individual is and will not be stronger than the state.

"Regarding the new situation in the municipality of Tuzi and non-compliance with valid epidemiological measures, which ensure the health of the citizens of Tuzi and the whole of Montenegro, the Government is ready to immediately sit down with Mr. Djelosaj and solve the problem," the government said.

Djelosaj and the citizens of Tuzi blocked the center of the municipality and the international road to Albania, after the police tried to close cafes and restaurants this morning.
