Digital COVID certificate and new measures from Friday

On the eve of joining the EU digital COVID certificate Montenegro will receive the National Digital COVID certificate which should be in use from Friday, July 30, when the Government of Montenegro is expected to publish the correctedmeasures in the fight against the corona virus, the Ministry of Health announced.

They remind that it has been announced that only those who meet certain conditions will be able to stay in night clubs, discos and in the interior of catering facilities.

The National Digital COVID certificate, modeled on the EU digital COVID certificate, which will be an additional digital tool for pandemic control and management, will contain the following information:

1) That the person has been fully vaccinated or received the first dose of COVID19 virus vaccine

2) Date and time of negative PCR test for COVID19 virus (negative PCR test not older than 72 hours is accepted)

3) Evidence that the person has overcome COVID19 infection, i.e. proof that less than 180 days have passed since the positive PCR test

4) Evidence of a negative rapid antigen test (a BAT not older than 48 hours is accepted).

The Ministry of Health is implementing this project in cooperation and thanks to UNDP.
