With COVID-19 certificates in office buildings, shops, as well

The national digital COVID- 19 certificate will be a condition for entering business centers, i.e. buildings in which more than three entities operate, and as of October 9, it will be necessary for entering huge markets whose area is over 1,000 square meters. At the same time, the COVID- 19 certificate, in accordance with the new measures of the Government of Montenegro, which were announced today, is now issued immediately after the second dose of the vaccine, when it becomes valid.

"Apart from entering shopping centers and the interior of catering facilities, the National Digital COVID certificate is also a condition for entering business centers; business buildings within which more than three business entities operate; facilities dealing with non-food trade, and whose area exceeds more of 1,000 square meters, " Igor Galic, director of the Institute of Public Health (IJZ), said explaining that the new measures would take effect tomorrow.

The owners, users and managers of these facilities are obliged to control and appoint a person responsible for compliance with this measure.

Galic announced that in 14 days, i.e. from October 9, the National Digital COVID certificate will be necessary for entering the facilities that deal with the sale of food products, and which have an area of ​​one thousand and more square meters.

"The number of people present at weddings and other private celebrations organized in restaurants, with the possession of the National Digital COVID certificate, is limited to 50 - and in the event that the ceremony is held on the terrace or in the garden, or in the interior of restaurants," Galic said.

He said that it is allowed to perform live music in the interior of catering facilities, with the obligation that all employees, musicians and guests have a National Digital Certificate.
