ATTACK ON THE GRAND CAFE

Two arrested, the organizer is being searched for

Two people suspected of carrying out the bomb attack on the cafe "Grand" in Podgorica in 2015 and the attack on police officer Dusko Golubovic, were arrested while the person suspected of organizing the crime is on the run, said the head of the Criminal Investigation Security Department in the Podgorica Main Police Station, Milos Vucinic.

"J.G. and B.M. are detained, Z.M. who is on the run is prosecuted," he stated.

The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, Snezana Sisevic, said that two people had been questioned and that they had been detained for up to 72 hours.
"Intensive actions are being taken to locate the third person," Sisevic said.
Regarding the damage to the monument dedicated to the organizers of the Thirteenth of July Uprising on Ravni Laz, Pavicevic pointed out that the police reacted quickly and prosecuted the perpetrator of that vandal act.
"The perpetrator of that, legally speaking, crime is already known to the police and security services. That person independently and in a group expressed extremist and destructive attitudes by destroying public areas drawing graffiti and obstructing police officers in performing their official duties," Pavicevic said.
