Brexit agreement finally reached, Reuters agency reports

It was confirmed by Boris Johnson on Tweeter.

"We've got a great new deal that takes back control. Now parliament should get Brexit done on Saturday so we can move on to other priorities like the cost of living, the NHS, violent crime and our environment," Boris Johnson said in a tweet.

The president of the European Commission Jean Claude Juncker also reacted on the occasion

“Where there is a will, there is a deal - we have one! It’s a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our commitment to find solutions. I recommend that EUCO endorses this deal.” he tweeted

However, UK Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn blasted Boris Johnson's Brexit deal as 'even worse' than Theresa May's doomed agreement as he suggested he would fight it to the bitter end.

The Labour leader tore into the proposal hammed out in Brussels this morning to end years of stalemate.

“This sell out deal won't bring the country together and should be rejected. The best way to get Brexit sorted is to give the people the final say in a public vote.” Corbin said.

The Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), which supports Johnson’s government, said the new text was not acceptable - a step that could spur hardline Brexiteers in his Conservative party also to oppose ratification absent additional changes.
