BROUGHT IN AT SPECIAL STATE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

Banjevic, Djukanovic and Djurdjic detained

Mihailo Banjevic, Dusko Djukanovic and Djordje Djurdjic have been detained in Podgorica this morning, TVCG learns.

They were brought in within the case in which Dejan Sekulic was detained, best man of Atlas Group president, Dusko Knezevic.

 

They will be heard today by Special Prosecutor General Lidija Vukcevic.

 

Djurdjic, who is the former CEO of Atlas Bank, admitted to guilty in the Caspian case in June and signed a settlement with the Special State Prosecutor's Office, which provided to be  sentenced to six months of home detention for abuse of the position in a commercial business.

 

Banjevic was, among other things, Vice President of the Atlas Group, but he resigned a few years ago.

Djukanovic was the Chief Commercial Officer at Atlas Bank.
