The composition of the Government will be known by Friday

The complete composition of the new government will be known by Friday, said Prime Minister-designate Zdravko Krivokapic, stating that he will meet the deadline to submit the proposal for the composition and the exposé to the parliament three days before the beginning of the Assembly session.

"I will respect the conclusions of the Collegium of the President of the Assembly and submit the exposé with the names of all candidates three days before the beginning of the Assembly," Krivokapic said.

He told reporters in Cetinje that they currently have three candidates for the positions of ministers of defense and interior affairs.

"We still have talks, with which we want to reach the best solutions, especially for two important functions - the Minister of the Interior and Defense. We have three candidates for each of them and I expect that it will be resolved on Thursday, or possibly on Friday at the latest ", Krivokapic stated.

He believes that the Minister of the Interior is the most important function in the future government.

"We want to include the Police Directorate in the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) and in that way give, as before, the strength to the Minister and the MUP to have within their activities everything they need to act in the fight against organized crime and corruption, ”Krivokapic said.

He said that the Deputy Prime Minister will be the leader of the Civic Movement URA, Dritan Abazovic.

"His new role would be to coordinate all sectors of the security structure. There are three parts, one of which is within the National Security Agency (ANB), the other within the Police Directorate and the third concerns the Ministry of Defense and military-intelligence activities ", Krivokapic added.
